Free delivery is complimentary with a minimum spend of £45 and over. For purchases below £45, we charge a nominal fee of £3.50 for standard delivery.

All orders will be packed and dispatched within 48 hours. Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 working days to reach the address specified in your order. Working days does not include Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays. Do expect delays of approximately 1 week during peak periods, such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day.

Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland. However, geographical location and courier availability can restrict our service. Your available delivery options will always be shown to you in checkout. We’re sorry that we’re unable to offer all premium delivery services to all postcodes.

We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
