Products

All of our products are made in London, United Kingdom.

We use only the finest, reusable and recyclable glass; pure biodegradable, renewable and long-burning soy wax; lead-free cotton wicks primed with vegetable-based wax; and 100% therapeutic grade essential oils. All our ingredients are natural and vegan with absolutely no synthetic fillers, artificial ingredients or enhancers.

The majority of candles on the market contain Paraffin wax, a petroleum by-product that may contaminate the air with petrol-carbon soot. This is why we choose to use 100% soy wax, a vegetable-based wax, which does not pollute the air. An additional benefit to soy wax is that it is a renewable, plant-based resource, unlike petroleum products. And unlike beeswax, soy wax is vegan-friendly.

At AM Botanical we love designing and producing candles with only natural ingredients. We try our very best to control all external factors such pouring temperature, curing time, ambient air, etc. when making them so they look gorgeous in your home. However, the botanical ingredients we use to make our products may have slightly different composition and colour depending on the environment and growing conditions of the plants from which the ingredients are extracted. These variations may have an effect on the appearance of each batch of candles made. Even within the same batch, some candles may look perfect, while others may show slightly rough tops, or not adhere perfectly to the glass. The good news is that all of this is purely cosmetic, and will not affect the safety or burn time of our candles. As our ingredients, our artisanal candles are all unique!

Burn times stated below strictly follow our recommended burning tips. There may be slight variations to these times depending on candle care.

60g candles: Up tp 20 hours
160g candles: Up to 40 hours

Product care

Essential oils are highly concentrated extracts of the natural, aromatic oils in plants. We chose to only use essential oils to make our scented candles because they are a natural, renewable resource. Fragrance oils are manufactured from undisclosed chemicals in a laboratory and may contribute to indoor air pollution.

No we don’t! We love our animal friends and would never dream of using them for testing purposes.

Yes! We encourage the reuse of our containers. Please refer to the safety guidelines page

Shipping

We only ship to the United Kingdom at the moment.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Hermes, DHL and DPD.

Yes, we offer Next Day Delivery (order by 12 pm) – £6.95. We’ll prioritise these orders but please still allow some extra time for shipping due to COVID-19 restrictions and delays.

Your order arrives in a AM Botanical box inside of a compostable bag mailer. The contents of the box are wrapped in tissue paper and additional fillers if they’re fragile. Your order will arrive in one shipment, unless otherwise specified.

You can login to your profile at any time and make changes to your billing and shipping information! Just login, hit edit, and make changes as need be! If you need help at any time, just email us at customercare@ambotanical.com.

If you notice a problem with your address and you haven’t received a shipping notification or tracking information, email us at customercare@ambotanical.com so we can do our best to make changes to your order information.

Yes! You can gift any of our products. Just enter the giftees address at checkout and we’ll ensure it arrives safe and sound. Plus, our invoices don’t include pricing, so they’ll never know the cost.

We definitely hope this never happens, but if it does, email us at customercare@ambotanical.com and we’ll get replacement products shipped to you right away, on us!

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we’re so sorry about that! Please contact us at customercare@ambotanical.com and we’ll be sure to get you the AM Botanical products you ordered.

Please allow 3 business days for us to process and ship your order after it’s been placed. If you haven’t received anything from us for 4 business days, please send us an email to customercare@ambotanical.com so we can check it out right away.

It can take up to 24 hours or 1 full business day for your tracking information to update. If it still hasn’t updated, let us know at customercare@ambotanical.com.

We hope this doesn’t happen, but if it does, we’re sorry! Send us an email to customercare@ambotanical.com. and we’ll track your package right away. Sometimes the carrier company will leave a note to pick up the package from the nearest post office.

We want you to love what you receive but we totally understand if you need a refund. Email us at customercare@ambotanical.com within 30 days of your order and we’ll help you process a return right away.
