Returns & Refunds​

At AM BOTANICAL, we want you to love what we make but we totally understand if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products. You can return any item(s) within 30 days of the goods being delivered to you.

Return your Items

Please send us an email to customercare@ambotanical.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Your name and address
  • The item name(s) and the reason for the return

We will send you the return details within 2 working days and you must return the product(s) to us at your own cost within 14 days thereafter. Goods should be in the same condition in which you received them. Take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. Items must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. Ensure packaging have no scratches or marks and seals are not opened. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns if sealed goods have been opened by you after delivery.

Package the parcel securely using the original packaging making sure to include a note with your name, address and order number inside the parcel. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit and keep your proof of postage for your reference.

We will notify you by email once your returns have been received and processed. You will be refunded the full price you paid when checking out, minus original shipping charges within 10  business days of receipt and reimbursement will be issued using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

We regret that bespoke products, trial sizes, and promotional items may not be returned.

For damaged or defective product(s)

Upon the delivery of your parcel, ensure the packaging is not visibly damage, if so, please sign the delivery as “received damaged”. Should a product be damaged during transit or the incorrect goods were sent, send us an email to customercare@ambotanical.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your email should include your order number, details and pictures of any damage.

If the goods are being returned because of an incorrectly order, we will send you a replacement within 48 hours after your notification and will arrange for a free collection of the incorrect item(s).

We will determine, in reasonable discretion, whether a product when claimed to be damaged or made defective during delivery. Requests for refunds and exchanges will be reviewed and determined on a case by case basis. The company reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to refuse to refund or exchange any product.
